Such a deliciously cheezy recipe! Enjoy on your favorite crackers/breads, zucchini pasta, pizza or with veggie sticks!
- 1 cup red or orange bell peppers
- 3/4 cup almonds, soaked
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 – 3 tablespoons rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons raw tahini
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Blend all ingredients in a high-power blender such as the Omni V 3HP blender until smooth and creamy.
Add more water or oats until desired consistency is reached.
